Vivid Flurry is a free tool for creating and sharing personal invitations. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vivid Flurry is provided free of charge, as-is, and without any warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Invitations are automatically deleted 7 days after creation.

Acceptable use

• Only create invitations addressed to people who won't mind receiving them.
• No harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or any content that is illegal in Austria or in the recipient's country.
• No impersonation, spam, or automated bulk creation of invitations.

You are responsible for all text you enter. We may remove any invitation and block further use at our discretion, particularly when an invitation is reported as abusive.

Reporting

Every invitation page carries a report link. Reported invitations are reviewed and removed if they violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. These terms are governed by Austrian law.
